On Your Fence?
Text Frank a photo and get an honest repair-or-replace opinion — often the same day.
The honest answer isn't always "replace"
Plenty of fences just need boards swapped, a rail replaced, or a gate re-hung — an afternoon of work, not a five-figure rebuild. Frank will tell you straight which side of the line yours is on, at no cost.
Worth a photo if you see…
- Leaning panels or sections — wind or storm damage; often repairable if caught early.
- Soft or rotted boards — isolated rot can be board-swapped; widespread rot usually means the structure is done.
- Sagging or dragging gates — hinge, latch and bracing fixes are quick.
- Loose or broken rails — the horizontal backers boards fasten to; often replaceable on their own.
- Storm damage — fallen sections, snapped rails, tree contact.
How the health check works
Text a couple of photos to 905-864-6922 — a wide shot and a close-up of the worst spot. Frank replies with an honest read: repair it, plan replacement for this season, or leave it alone for another year or two. If it's worth a look in person, the on-site visit is included too.
